This timetable includes exam dates, subject details, and important instructions for all DMLT, D.O.T.T., CMS&ED, and other first-year courses.
📝 IMPORTANT EXAM INSTRUCTIONS FOR STUDENTS
To ensure smooth and fair conduct of examinations, all students must follow the guidelines below:
1. Reporting Time
- Students must report to the examination hall at least 30 minutes before the scheduled exam time.
- Late entry beyond 15 minutes of the exam start time will not be allowed.
2. Admit Card
- Carry your Admit Card/Hall Ticket on all exam days.
- Entry without Admit Card is strictly prohibited.
3. Required Materials
- Bring your own pens, pencils, and stationery.
- Borrowing items inside the exam hall is not allowed.
4. Prohibited Items
- Mobile phones, smart devices, calculators (unless permitted), notes, or any electronic gadgets are strictly banned.
- Any student found with unfair means will be debarred from the exam.
5. Dress Code
- Follow the proper college uniform on all exam days.
6. Seating Arrangement
- Check your seating arrangement displayed on the notice board before entering the hall.
7. Behavior & Discipline
- Maintain silence and discipline in the examination hall.
- Follow the instructions of invigilators without argument.
8. Answer Sheet Guidelines
- Write your roll number clearly on the answer sheet.
- Do not write your name or make any personal marks.
9. COVID/Health Safety (If Required)
- Students feeling unwell should inform the examination coordinator beforehand.
