📘 Important Examination Instructions for Students
To ensure smooth and fair conduct of the examinations, all students must follow the guidelines strictly:
1. Reporting Time
- Students must report to the examination hall at least 30 minutes before the exam begins.
- Entry will not be allowed after 15 minutes from the start of the exam.
2. Admit Card
- Carry your Admit Card/Hall Ticket and valid College ID to the exam hall.
- Students without these documents will not be permitted to write the exam.
3. Stationery
- Bring your own pens, pencils, geometry instruments, etc.
- Sharing of stationery is strictly prohibited.
4. Electronic Devices
- Mobile phones, smartwatches, Bluetooth devices, or any electronic gadgets are not allowed.
- Violation may lead to exam cancellation.
5. Answer Sheet Instructions
- Clearly write your Roll Number, Course, and Subject Code on the answer sheet.
- Do not write your name or any identity-revealing information.
6. Discipline & Conduct
- Any unfair means or misconduct will result in strict disciplinary action.
7. Health-Related Instructions
- If you experience illness or symptoms on exam day, inform the Examination Department in advance.
